Banana Chocolate Chip Nut Bread
(This is a family recipe passed down to my husband. One of my personal favorites. Enjoy everyone!!)
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup of Coconut Oil (melted)
4 Eggs
8 Tbsp Buttermilk
2 Tsp Baking Soda
3 Cups of Organic Flour (or all-purpose flour)
2 Cups of Ripe Mashed Bananas
1 cup Walnuts
1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
Melt coconut oil, and combine eggs, buttermilk, and mashed bananas. Mix in Sugar, baking soda, and then slowly add flour. Once mixed thoroughly, stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Grease 2 8 inch loaf pans (we use coconut oil) Pour into pans.
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 60 minutes (or until knife comes out clean)
Slice when cool and spread some butter on it! Delicious!
