Farm House Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb of cooked protein of choice, sliced thin
  • 8 cups baby kale salad mix or your favorite salad greens, Chopped
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 2-inch segments
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 cup of frozen green peas, defrosted
  • 4 ounces extra sharp grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Add everything together in a large bowl, toss to combine, top with your favorite salad dressing.
