Farm House Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb of cooked protein of choice, sliced thin
- 8 cups baby kale salad mix or your favorite salad greens, Chopped
- 1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 2-inch segments
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 cup of frozen green peas, defrosted
- 4 ounces extra sharp grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add everything together in a large bowl, toss to combine, top with your favorite salad dressing.
