French Toast Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy or nut milk
- 1 packet of stevia
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 scoop NOURISH
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 apple chopped
- 2 tbs.chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Mix the chia seeds, nut or soy milk, stevia, cinnamon, NOURISH, and nutmeg together and refrigerate overnight; serve with apples, syrup, and walnuts topping. You can also put any other nuts, fruits or toppings you would like!
